Our Texas State License fiduciary duties are the same if Matticks Real Estate & Property Management charged you 0% or 6% commission.

Most agencies will charge a six percent commission, sometimes more, for listing and selling the property. Commissions are negotiable and commissions are not regulated by Texas Real Estate Commissioner. You, the Seller, and the Listing Real Estate Brokerage Firm determine the fee of what the Listing Fee shall be. However, by law, our Code of Ethics clearly states that we, as Texas Real Estate License Agents, must always put our clients interest first, not our own!
